Spain has received the first three Centauro eight-wheeled armored personnel carriers. Four more are expected this year, and 15 more next year. The Italian Army has loaned three vehicles to the Spanish Cavalry School for training. Some of the first Centauros will go to the 8th Lusitania Cavalry Regiment, one battalion of which is deployed in Kosovo.--Stephen V Cole
