The Air National Guard has bought 10 ALQ-184v9 countermeasures pods (including ALE-50 towed decoys) for its F-16s, and has now asked for another eight pods (at $1 million each); the 18 will then go to equip the ANG squadron in Richmond, Virginia. There are no plans to provide this equipment to other ANG units.--Stephen V Cole
