Peru has one of the most powerful air forces on the continent, with 20 MiG-29s (three of which have AA-12 missiles with a range of 75 miles), 18 Su-25 attack planes, and an assortment of older Su-22s, Mirage-2000-5s, and Mirage-5Ps.
