Turkey has donated another $3 million to help modernize the Georgian Army, following $27 million given to them over the last four years. This has really upset the Armenians (who don't like the Turks) and the Russians (who don't want the Turks spreading influence into the Caucasus) but neither has any way to stop the relationship.--Stephen V Cole
