Afghan and Pakistani tribesmen along the Afghan-Pakistan border continue to shoot at Pakistani troops who have recently moved into the area. Pakistan agreed to stop these incursions, as the Americans were threatening to start going after the camps in Pakistan. The tribes have caused few casualties among Pakistani troops, but the Pakistani soldiers have been cautious, and it appears that the Taliban fighters are still able to move about freely.
