A house blew up in Kabul, killing six people. The house was being used to take apart bombs to extract the explosives and scrap metal. In this case, the bombs were 1980s Russian ones. These are still being found, and sold to Afghans who dare to take the bombs apart and sell the components. Over 20 percent of Russian bombs and shells were duds (did not go off when they landed) and more are being discovered because of the current building boom.
