An Angolan opposition political group issued a report that estimated there are four million guns still floating around Angola. By guns they mean the assault rifles, sniper rifles, and even heavier automatic weapons left-over from the long Angolan civil war. The report suggested the weapons are stashed away and could arm self defense groups (ie, militias, and most likely tribal militias).
