China has replaced Russia as the second largest user of military spy satellites, with nearly twenty in orbit to keep an eye on potential foes. For the most part, this means the United States. These satellites not only help the Chinese keep track of US forces, but also assist in guiding the increasing number of Chinese missiles to their targets.
