China's espionage efforts in America are again a hot item as an FBI report reveals that many of America's nuclear secrets were available to people in research institutes and it appears that much data could be easily taken and passed on. An early suspect, government scientist Wen Ho Lee, has been arrested. He is being charged with mishandling secret information (a serious offense), not with actually turning data over to China.
