Pakistani terrorists continue to defy Pakistani police efforts to shut them down. Moreover, more of the Pakistani Islamic radicals are showing up in India, and taking part in suicide attacks there. All of this appears to be part of  the radicals long held plan to increase hostility between India and Pakistan, and a eventually a nuclear war that would allow the radicals to take over in Pakistan.
