The army believes that Hezbollah will resume combat operations at any time and is planning accordingly. On the Lebanese border, another soldier was injured by rocks thrown from the Lebanese side. Israel has complained to the UN 49 times about Lebanese throwing of stones, Molotov cocktails and  firecrackers cross the border wire, as well as  vandalism against the barbed wire separating along the border line. The UN has in turn asked Lebanon to take action.
