Maoist rebels declared another road blockade of the capital. Traffic was reduced, but more Nepalese are not falling for the blockade threats any more. Declaring a blockade was more of a psychological than military strategy for the Maoists. But the effectiveness of the tactic is declining each time it is used. 

The king promised to return to democratic rule in a hundred days. The king says that he needs that much time to deal with the Maoist uprising.
