Italian police caught an Egyptian trying to smuggle himself into Canada via a well equipped cargo containers. The suspect, 43 year old Rizik Amid Farid, had with him a supply of food and water, toilet facilities, a laptop computer, two cell phones, cameras, several sets of false documents (including one identifying him as an aircraft mechanic plus airport security passes.) He was only discovered when police made a close inspection, as they do randomly, of cargo containers on a ship stopping in Southern Italy. Mr Farid is not on any list of known terrorists, but his unusual situation has attracted the attention of anti-terrorism organizations..
